Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Frothing Wand dishwasher safe?
Yes, the foot, collar and metal tube are all dishwasher safe.

Is the Frothing Wand food safe?
Yes, the tube is food-grade stainless steel and the foot and collar are food-grade silicone.

How often should I wash my Frothing Wand?
We recommend that you wash your Frothing Wand thoroughly before the first use and in between each use thereafter

I can’t get the collar or foot off the tube.  What should I do?
Try running the Frothing Wand under warm water for at least a minute and twisting the pieces off firmly.

What is included with the purchase of a Frothing Wand?
Each Frothing Wand purchase includes one Frothing Wand and two bottle brushes for cleaning.

How long will it take for my Frothing Wand to arrive?
We ship USPS first class mail, which usually takes three to five days to arrive.

Can I purchase replacement parts?
Unfortunately, individual replacement parts are not currently available for purchase.

How do I return my Frothing Wand?
1) Please email returns@fomcompany.com with:

  • your order number

  • the reason for your return

  • a request for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

2) Once reviewed, we will email the RAN and the shipping address back to you.

3) After receiving the RAN, be sure to write that number on the outside of the return package.

4) You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

5) When we receive the return package, we will credit your original payment method.

Why is my froth lumpy?
There are two possible reasons. If the foot is not held firmly against the bottom of the cup while dispensing, or if the beverage is not hot enough to melt the whipped cream, the froth may be lumpy.

Why does my froth have more bubbles than usual?
Excessive bubbles can be caused by a nearly empty can of whipped cream.
